Our space can accommodate a range of events. Here is what we can host:

Our clubhouse can accommodate up to 100 people, including staff.

The event space includes tables and chairs, bar access, restrooms, ample parking, accessible entrances, a dance floor/open space, and four TVs with HDMI input. Guests may also have access to our patio and outdoor areas depending on the type of event. Please note that outdoor spaces are shared with other club guests and are not included as part of the private rental.

Vases, easels, two JBL speakers with microphones, and Wi-Fi are also available for use at no additional cost. Standard dark gray linens are included with the rental, while additional color options are available for an added fee.

Following the event, GCC staff will handle cleanup of GCC-owned tables, chairs, and clubhouse items.

Space Rental: $300
The rental fee is a flat rate of $300 and does not change based on the size of your event.

Food:
Catering pricing varies based on factors such as guest count and menu selections. Because each event is different, there is no set food price. A customized quote can be provided based on your event details.

Bar & Beverages:
We offer a full bar with several beverage service options:

• Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own alcoholic beverages.

• Open Bar: All drinks are placed on one tab and paid for by the event host.

• Set Limit: The event host selects a spending limit for guest beverages. Once that limit has been reached, guests may purchase additional drinks individually.

We offer in-house catering for all events and do not allow outside food. However, event hosts are welcome to bring their own desserts, such as cakes, cupcakes, cookies, or other sweet treats.

Due to liquor licensing requirements, outside alcohol is not permitted at GCC. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served through our bar.

Absolutely! Event hosts are welcome to bring their own decorations. Setup and decorating time may be arranged prior to the event with approval from GCC management. To help protect the clubhouse, we ask that decorations be secured using tape or removable Command strips only. Thumbtacks, nails, or other items that may damage walls or surfaces are not permitted. GCC and its staff are not responsible for any decorations or personal items brought in by guests.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, as availability varies throughout the season. You can view our calendar to see currently scheduled events, and if a date appears open, feel free to reach out to check availability.

A deposit to be set by GCC is required no later than 30 days before the event. Full payment is due on or before the date of the event. We accept credit card, cash, or checks.

Any catered event requires a minimum of 50 guests.

Please provide your final guest count no later than two weeks before your event.

We understand that plans can change. Because food is ordered in advance, cancellations made less than one week before the event may still be responsible for the cost of food already purchased or ordered for the event.
